This Album is from the 6CD boxed set “Fantail Vision”, released on Slowdown Records in 2022. The box consists of six new albums recorded between 2020 and 2022.
The "mukomodulator" is the Disc 2 of the box. It includes two tracks digitally released in 2021 on the Italian label Superpang and one additional track, but the song titles are different from those used for distribution because the original song titles were used at the time of production. The recording took place in July 2020, which is prior
to Disc 1, "mukogenerator".
The three tracks on the album all have a style that radiates the sound of multiple types of wildly textured electronic sounds and metal self-made instruments. As symbolized by the behavior of the electronic sounds, which form a cyclic rhythm and then quickly transform/dissolve, there is a sense of elusiveness similar to that of a crowded street, as all the sounds emanating from the album transform without staying in one place. The sound image is well separated, creating a bizarre listening experience that forces the listener to stare at the complexity at close range. The paranoid drones on the second track and the phrases on the third track, which seem to have been created by sequencers, suggest that the stylistic expansion attempted in the 2010s is still an option in the performance.
